Klaytn Improvement Reserve: Progress Report

Summary

Ellipti has worked with Klaytn team on setting up the initial direction/cause of the research and research publication. Ellipti has written the first volume out of eight (still the draft version, as the new direction will be applied by Klaytn team), especially with the Libra in-depth research.

However, a new revised direction will be applied (provided by Klaytn team) in September. When the new direction of the report is settled, the first volume will be finalized and published through the public media / communities. NFT Marketplace/ NFT industry report will be the next research focus for the next volume to be published.

The first volume is expected to be published in official channel of Klaytn / public media in September and October each (TBA, Should be discussed with Klaytn team)

Project Milestones and Schedule

1. Business development for partners bridging the relevant entities

  • Seek for new partners in the Klaytn ecosystem

  • Excavation of potential co-operation between the entities in the ecosystem

  • Support partners’ business development in the Korean market

Mainly overseas entities that are relevant to the growth of Klaytn ecosystem will be

sourced and anchored by Ellipti.

In the short-term, like GET Protocol, Ellipti can engage with the active communication

and business development of current ISPs in the overseas market.

Afterwards, Ellipti will seek out the possible partners and have them in the ecosystem,

building up the possible co-operation with the possible resources from Ellipti & Klaytn.

Especially, cause and direction of Klaytn report will be reflected in the selection of the partners.

Notable synergies for both parties engaged can be expected from the business

development supported by Ellipti, ultimately it would increase the size & impact of

Klaytn ecosystem.

2. Overseas Klaytn community build-up

  • Number of overseas markets

  • Size of overseas communities

Currently target the end of 2020 & early 2021 as the starting date for the overseas

market expansion. SEA market, especially Vietnamese market will be the first main target follwed up by the Indonesian market.

With the report fully published and also ecosystem well activated, around the end of

2020 and 2021, overseas Klaytn communities could also be set up and grow.

At that time, overseas partners in Klaytn ecosystem and Ellipti’s network that consists of

community, media, crypto VCs will support Klaytn’s expansion in the global market.

Leveraging them, Klaytn’s brand & history of work will be more explicit, and directly

shared in the foreign markets & communities.
